On 18 and 19 March Milan will host the tenth edition of the ABI Lab Forum, an event aimed at describing the major trends in the ICT market for the banking sector.
It will represent an important point of reference in the banking and financial sector and will propose three items for discussion: new models of interaction, working and IT innovation.
The most interesting topics concern the impact of digital technology and mobile sector, channels, operations, possible strategies for the development of CRM, Dematerialisation of processes and multi-channel. Many companies specialized in the sector will be present as well as insights, case studies and workshops to participate.
