The deadline for the submission of applications to the Enterprise Environment Award, the highest award for Italian companies that have distinguished themselves in a perspective of sustainable development, environmental and social responsibility was extended to the third of March.
Gateway to the European Business Awards for the Environment sponsored by the European Commission (DG Environment), the recognition is addressed to the companies for which green policy has been a relevant lever in order to show their competitiveness both at national and European level.
The seventh edition is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome – Asset Chamber, in collaboration with Unioncamere and under the patronage of the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, who shared the mission of the Prize by enhancing the experiences oriented to the business smart and sustainable innovation of processes and products.
The winning companies will be honored during the ceremony which will be held in Rome in April 2014.
